This role is eligible for hybrid – this means you’ll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office (in Edmonton / Calgary), on a scheduled rotation once training requirements have been met. Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time.

Pay Range: 65,456.00 - 88,351.00 CAD Annual

We’re looking for an Intermediate Adjuster (Accident Benefits) and hope you consider applying if you are:

Approaches accident benefit claims with diligence, fairness, and sound judgment.

Demonstrates empathy and care when working with injured customers, employers, and treatment practitioners.

Builds positive relationships through a friendly, respectful, and supportive approach that reflects our corporate culture and vision.

Typically, Intermediate Adjuster skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant field of study, like Business and three to five years of experience in adjudicating accident benefit claims.
