We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with strong experience in driving business growth within the manufacturing and fabrication industry in Guelph, ON region.

Pay
Up to $75K

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to generate recent leads and business opportunities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Travel across Canada to meet clients, present solutions, and close sales

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements

3–5 years of outside sales experience in manufacturing, machining, or fabrication industry

Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation

Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Canada

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Valid driver’s license
