Key Requirements High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a diesel mechanic.
310T Truck & Coach Technician license.
Experience using diagnostic software is considered an asset.
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs and systems.
Must meet all company standards for safety‑sensitive positions.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair operational issues on heavy‑duty diesel trucks and equipment.
Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel, CNG, gasoline, and electric‑powered equipment and vehicles.
Complete work orders, repair reports, and parts requests; perform required administrative tasks daily.
Plan and schedule repairs using the M5 planner and procure required parts to execute the plan.
Review mechanical write‑ups and coordinate repair schedules with operations.
Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner and in compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements.
Use a variety of hand tools, power tools,
and diagnostic equipment.
Maintain and provide the necessary tools to perform all required maintenance and repair tasks.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable federal/provincial regulations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
