• Actively manage a book of Charles River IMS accounts
• Ensure client satisfaction through high-touch engagement
• Build and sustain relationships with decision makers




• Deliver effective issue resolution and project support
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue opportunities

Requirements:
• BA/BS in Finance, Technology, or related area
• 15 years of relevant industry experience
• Solid analytical and relationship management skills
• Effective project management capabilities
• Willingness to travel 20% – 40% of the time
