WesTower is looking for a Hydrovac Operator to join its Wireline operations team, reporting directly to the project Construction Manager.
Candidates should possess a valid AB Class 3 license and a minimum of one year of utility build experience. Proficiency in protected equipment operation and hazard mitigation is vital for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate hydrovac equipment for productive utility excavation
Handle heavy materials and equipment weighing over 100 pounds
Maintain operational safety standards and professional appearance
Assist with general labor tasks as needed
Communicate effectively within the team for optimal results Requirements:
Valid AB Class 3 license (Class 1 preferred)
Ground Disturbance II certification
Minimum of one year as a hydrovac operator
Self-motivated with strong reliability
