Help Families Build Their Forever Home
At Ever After Homes, we do more than build houses. We create homes where families will make memories for generations.
We are looking for a relationship builder who can also generate opportunities and close business. This is a consultative sales role for someone who earns trust, guides clients through major decisions, and confidently asks for the commitment when the time is right.
This is not a passive sales position. You will not be continuously supplied with ready-to-close leads. Success requires proactive outreach, networking, referral development, disciplined follow-up, and collaboration with marketing to attract qualified opportunities.
The ideal candidate combines warmth and credibility with commercial drive. You enjoy building relationships but are also motivated by targets and accountable for converting opportunities into signed projects.
About Ever After Ever After Homes is an award-winning custom home builder and renovation company serving Southern Ontario. We specialize in luxury custom homes, major renovations, and additions. Through Ever After Group, we are also expanding into commercial design-build and property development.
Our reputation is built on transparency, craftsmanship, communication, and treating every client like family.
About the Role As our Client Advisor, you will guide prospective clients while taking ownership of business development, pipeline growth, and sales conversion.
You will identify opportunities, conduct outreach, develop referral relationships, qualify prospects, manage consultations, present design agreements, address objections, and close qualified business.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing, design, and operations to create a professional client journey from first contact through project kickoff.
Marketing will provide support, content, and tools, but this role requires initiative. You will be expected to contribute ideas, support campaigns, test outreach strategies, and actively build your own pipeline.
