In this full time role, you will provide leadership and supervision within Carya's Elder Abuse programs. Collaborate with the Calgary Police Service and community partners to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for older adults. Your leadership will shape team dynamics and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of Elder Abuse Response initiatives
• Oversee service planning and documentation for quality assurance
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Support staff in managing complex case situations
• Ensure ethical practice in the community setting

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
• Minimum of five years’ relevant experience required
• Strong understanding of client-centered care principles
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle necessary
