Branch Manager – Stanley Access Technologies, Edmonton, AB Stanley Access Technologies, an Allegion brand, is a leading manufacturer, installer, and service provider of automatic doors.
Responsibilities Foster positive relationships across departments including Field Operations, Sales, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Engineering, etc.
Resolve conflicts within the branch and elevate issues to Regional Manager and HR as necessary.
Act as a model and mentor to associates, upholding business code of conduct and Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.
Oversee branch personnel operations: performance planning, OSHA logs, payroll, expense reports, worker’s comp claims, hiring, discipline, and termination.
Ensure required training (AAADM Certification, Boon Edam, BEA, CJ Rush, etc.) and EHS Web training are completed.
Meet technicians on‑site to verify installations meet AAADM and company policies.
Coordinate purchase and disposal of fleet vehicles, ensuring policy compliance and claims management.
Participate in weekly Field Manager’s Call, BI Call, Sales Call, and oversee accurate forecasting.
Drive productivity projects to completion on time and within budget.
Manage branch P&L;, fixed and recurring costs, and conduct site visits with technicians and customers.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
5+ years of management experience in a construction/service business.
5+ years of P&L; ownership.
Ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Creative problem‑solving and a passion for process improvement.
Excellent communication skills and technical understanding of products and programs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics365, Astea, or SmartSheet is a plus.
