Your role may include training responsibilities, conducting site visits, and facilitating the startup of clinical trials while working closely with senior staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support site management through various monitoring visits
• Conduct data reviews to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist senior CRAs with training and oversight




• Engage in study meetings and training for professional development
• Maintain timelines and TMF documentation thoroughly

Requirements:
• CRA I: 1 year experience + Honours Bachelor Degree
• CRA II: 2 years experience + Honours Bachelor Degree
• Sr. CRA: 3 years experience + Honours Bachelor Degree
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Focused on personal and skilled growth
