You’ll also conduct preventative maintenance, estimation of repair costs, and safety inspections, contributing significantly to public service. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose mechanical and electrical system issues
Repair and maintain City vehicles and machinery
Perform Alberta safety inspections on transit buses
Estimate repair costs and document completed work
Conduct welding and fabrication as required Requirements:
Alberta Heavy Equipment Technician Certificate
Valid Alberta Class 3 Driver's License
Experience with hydraulic systems
Knowledge of internal combustion engines
