Kyle Demelo Construction is currently hiring reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects located in Kelowna and the surrounding areas.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:
A minimum of five (5) years experience operating heavy equipment in a civil construction environment
Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Experience with reading drawings, installation of utilities and civil components, excavating and backfill of structures.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and equally able to work independently
Ability to also assist with ground work from time-to-time
Ability to exercise good judgement and show initiative
Self-motivated and dependable with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to complete time cards and daily safety forms electronically (SiteDocs)
Attention and compliance with equipment cleanliness, maintenance and completing daily electronic logs




Valid driver's license with personal reliable transportation
Level 1 First Aid
