Overview

Our client, a privately-owned Canadian company that provides high-tech solutions to retailers to improve the efficiency of their sales systems, is looking for an Accounting Technician. This prospect offers competitive compensation and the prospect to work up to 4 days a week from home.

Responsibilities
General bookkeeping from transactional recordings
Processing of payments.
General correspondence and filing.
Administrative and organizational duties.
Preparation of Bank reconciliations A/R and A/P.
Complete month end closings.
Other related tasks.

Qualifications
College diploma in related field.
3 years of experience in a similar position.
Prior experience working with accounting software (QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Sage 50, Writeup,



Acc Pac and others).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven organizational skills.
Solid knowledge of Office Suite and computer skills.
Fluency in English and conversational level in French
