As an Instructor Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Implementing one to one, dyad or group ABA programs under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA)
Following our policy (staff handbook, health and safety policy, COVID policy)
Participating in workshops and professional development opportunities
Collaborating with Senior Therapists, Registered Behaviour Analysts, and Clinical Supervisors to provide secure and effective services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Educational Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Behavioural Science or related field (minimum)
Post-Graduate Certificate in Behavioural Science,



Autism and Behavioural Science, Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field (preferred)

Additional Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of direct hands on experience in an IBI setting
CPI and First Aid/CPR Certification
RBT Course completion is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of ABA principles
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organization skills
