BRT Construction is looking to bring on experienced, hard working and committed Backhoe Operators. We are a Shallow Utility Company with services focusing on the telecommunications and power sectors.

Job Responsibilities
Work independently.
Be able to read and understand locates and drawings.
Move fill and sand.
Excavate trenches etc. for shallow utility installation.
Complete daily equipment inspections.
Daily maintenance of equipment such as greasing and fueling.
Assist with equipment servicing.
Check and shoot grades.
Haul and load equipment.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Detail oriented and hardworking.
Reliable, punctual, responsible, and reliable
Organized and possessed excellent time management skills.
Ambitious, motivated, solid work ethics.




Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
