Potential Duties
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Administer medications accurately according to prescribed schedules and document all treatments
Support meal preparation and nutritional needs to promote health and well-being
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a secure environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Help with mobility and transfer activities, including heavy lifting when necessary




Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor client conditions and report any concerns promptly

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments
Strong patient care skills with a focus on senior care and dementia management
Knowledge of hospice care principles and working with individuals with disabilities
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Competence in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Attention to cleanliness, safety protocols, and maintaining a hygienic setting
