Title: Instructional Designer – PLM Educational Content Designer – (French Speaker)

Location: Montréal – Montreal – On-site mandatory 2 days/week

Duration: 4+ months possibility of renewal – 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: CAD $75/hr – CAD $80/hr - Incorporated basis The candidate must have the following qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of instructional design experience supporting enterprise system implementations, digital transformation programs, or technical learning environments
Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, education, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, e-learning authoring, and communication tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Greenshot, Learning Management System, etc.)
Exposure to Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens NX, CATIA, ENOVIA, SAP, or other enterprise engineering platforms is considered a robust asset.
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency-based learning design.




Experience creating assessments, practical exercises, simulations, and performance support materials to measure learning effectiveness and readiness
Experience in managing LMS to upload files, and reporting
Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet deliverables
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Strong, planning, organizational skills and problem- solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Robust interdisciplinary collaboration skills with subject matter experts (SMEs), technical teams and trainers
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and career development.
Knowledge of manufacturing, finance and procurement (Asset)
Fully bilingual (Written and spoken)
