Job Overview The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in Siebel CRM development, configuration, customization, integration, and reporting.

The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Siebel technical development, Siebel Open UI, EIM/EAI, Adobe AEM, J2EE, OBIEE, Power BI, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS, along with strong experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications.

Experience with Siebel 8.x+, Siebel IP18, Public Sector CRM, and Grants Management will be highly valuable.

Siebel Development &

- Integration

- 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
- 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
- 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18, with a strong focus on configuration and development.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Assignment Manager
- Business Rules
- Workflow
- Applets
- Views
- Screens
- Code/Scripts
- Siebel Business Layer objects

- Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools and editing Siebel Web Templates.
- Experience using Siebel Open UI-specific classes and methods.

- OOTB Open UI file structures
- Open UI limitations

- Experience with UI integration, including:

- Embedding external applications within Siebel

- Siebel 8.x or above certification is required/desirable as specified in the original requirement.

Key Responsibilities The Senior Software Developer Will Be Responsible For

Application Development

- Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications.
- Write and/or generate application code.
- Develop data-driven programs and enterprise application components.
- Compile, test, maintain, and enhance software applications.
- Perform comprehensive unit testing.
- Ensure developed solutions meet technical and functional requirements.

Siebel Configuration &
- Development

- Configure and customize Siebel CRM applications.
- Develop Siebel business layer components, workflows, applets, views, screens, business rules, and scripts.
- Develop and enhance Siebel Open UI solutions.
- Configure and maintain Siebel IP18 environments.
- Work with Siebel Tools and Web Templates.
- Implement Siebel UI integrations and external application integrations.

Systems Integration
- Develop and support Siebel integrations with Adobe AEM, J2EE, EAI, and EIM.
- Design and implement integration solutions between Siebel and external systems.
- Support data migration and integration activities.
- Configure and maintain Siebel migration solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and technical issues.

Reporting &
- Analytics

- Develop and maintain reports using OBIEE and Power BI.
- Support data-driven reporting requirements.
- Integrate reporting and visualization capabilities with enterprise applications where required.

Technical Support &
- Troubleshooting

- Investigate and resolve technical issues arising during software operation.
- Provide technical support during implementation, conversion, migration, and deployment activities.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate technical solutions.
- Support application maintenance and production issues.

- 3+ years of Siebel IP18 development and configuration.
- Strong Siebel Open UI and Siebel Tools expertise.
- Siebel 8.x+ certification.
- Strong experience with OBIEE and Power BI reporting.
- Excellent JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS skills.
- Experience in public-sector Siebel environments is an asset.
- Grants Management experience is an asset.
