Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Manage cashier duties such as processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling returns or exchanges
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized,



and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate product tagging
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in multiple languages to serve diverse customer needs effectively

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashier experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Experience conducting product demos or technical sales is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve a diverse customer base
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone
- Proven ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail operations is advantageous
