Role Description The Sales and Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Meadowvale Honda in Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for guiding guests through the sales and leasing process, including identifying their needs, presenting vehicle options, conducting test drives, and explaining pricing, financing, and lease terms. The role involves preparing and reviewing sales and lease documentation, following up with prospective and existing guests, and maintaining detailed records in dealership systems.

The Consultant works closely with the sales, finance,



and service teams to ensure a smooth experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery and beyond. Daily activities also include building long-term relationships, supporting retention initiatives, and representing Meadowvale Honda in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and explain leases and lease administration, including terms, options, and documentation.
- Skills in resident/guest retention and relationship building to support repeat business and referrals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on clear, respectful interactions.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or leasing, or related retail sales environment, is an asset.
- Comfort working with dealership software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and ability to conduct test drives safely.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple guests and tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on dealership needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an advantage.
