About Us

Below The Belt is an independently owned retailer offering a great mix of men’s and women’s fashion and accessories. You’ll be working with brands you already know and love—like Levi’s, Carhartt, Kuwalla Tee, and more.

The Role

We’re looking for Sales Associates who are friendly, positive, and enjoy helping people. This is a great fit if you’re looking for your first job or want something flexible - we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do

- Help customers find styles they love
- Keep the store looking clean, organized, and on-trend
- Jump in to support your team throughout the day
- Create a welcoming, fun shopping experience
