Role Description The Sales Attendant is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and social media, providing detailed information about bar service packages, and preparing quotes.

The Sales

Attendant will support event bookings, maintain client records, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate event details and schedules. Day-to-day tasks include following up with prospective and existing clients, assisting with basic administrative tasks,



and contributing to a positive customer experience that reflects JABS BAR Service’s standards. Occasional on-site presence at events or client meetings may be required.

Qualifications

- Customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build relationships and respond professionally to client inquiries.
- Administrative and organizational skills, including managing schedules, tracking bookings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication skills in English and French, with transparent written and verbal abilities for phone, email, and social media interactions.
- Basic digital literacy, including proficiency with email, office productivity tools, and social media platforms.
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or bar service is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends based on event schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing inclusive, respectful service to all clients and guests.
