In this temporary full time role, your mission is to monitor client conditions and deliver prescribed medications, ensuring adherence to Carewest policies. You will work closely with RNs and LPNs to maintain high qualified standards while caring for frail seniors in a supportive setting. Key Responsibilities:
Observe and report changes in client status
Deliver prescribed medications accurately and timely
Assist with lifting and transferring clients as needed
Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times
Complete additional related duties as assigned Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Graduated from Alberta Health Care Aide program
Active registration with CLHA mandatory
Prior experience in health care settings preferred
Physically capable of managing client mobility Support clients in their health journey and be a vital part of Carewest's mission.
