Under the supervision of a Staff Nurse, you'll implement protected and effective personal care. Your tasks will range from assisting residents with mobility to feeding and providing routine health treatments as directed. Key Responsibilities:
Bathe and shower residents for personal comfort
Assist with resident transfers using proper equipment
Feed residents during meals as per care plans
Provide routine treatments under nursing direction
Accompany residents to recreational and therapy activities Requirements:
One year experience in continuing care preferred
Completion of recognized Personal Care Aide Certificate
Active registration with CLHA
Fluent in English, orally and in writing
