Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R and gas systems and equipment as required
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R and gas systems and equipment
Provide accurate and timely service reports
Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
Ability to work at a steady pace in a protected manner while maintaining quality service
Able to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications
Valid 313A Refrigeration Certificate
G2 Gas License. Preference will be given for candidates willing to obtain G1 Gas License.
Preferred 5 years of experience as licensed 313A and G2 Technician preferred. Work experience servicing and installing related equipment for commercial, industrial and institutional clients preferred




Proven solid diagnostic skills
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be on an on-call rotation
Valid Working at Heights certificate
