Drive financial excellence and lead reporting initiatives while collaborating with key stakeholders. This Associate Director position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance and requires strong leadership in delivering consolidated financial results and managing integration of new acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to mentor team members effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver consolidated financial results quarterly
Review schedules for financial disclosures
Correspond with portfolio companies on financial closes




Maintain internal control documentation
Lead integration of current assets into the reporting framework Requirements:
Qualified Accounting designation required
Minimum eight years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP
Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
