Gatherwell, transforming the BC coastline, seeks a General Manager to oversee its expanding operations across five sites, including Ambleside and recent locations in Vancouver Island.

This role requires someone experienced in multi-unit management, ensuring each site aligns with financial targets while building operational systems from scratch. Your leadership will make sure guests enjoy flawless experiences at every venue. Key Responsibilities:
Own the site P&Ls; to track financial performance
Adjust booking sessions to optimize revenue potential
Lead site managers and hosts with training and support




Develop community-focused wellness programming
Maintain site integrity through logistics coordination Requirements:
3+ years in operations at physical, customer-facing locations
Experience building operational processes from the ground up
Proven accountability for P&L; and operating budgets
Must be based in Greater Vancouver
