Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Montreal - Onsite

Job Type: Contract till end of 2026 with high possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $52/hr INC / $44/hr T4

Key Responsibilities
Participate in requirements refinement, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and secure applications.
Build reusable, maintainable code and automated tests.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
Design and integrate REST APIs, messaging systems, and middleware.
Improve application observability, monitoring, telemetry, and performance.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and global technology teams.
Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and frameworks.




Support integration of AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent automation and predictive analytics.

Required Skills
7+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
Solid Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot experience.
Robust experience with Apache Spark .
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and system design .
Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, security, and distributed systems.
Experience developing RESTful APIs, messaging systems, and middleware solutions .
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases .
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and automation .
Solid analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
