Job Overview

We are seeking a biologist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications
Expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Related fields include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems thinking.

Position Details
Remote, full time or part time position.
Versatile project selection and scheduling.
Hourly pay starting at $40+ USD, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities
Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.
