Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

This will be an exciting position for an engaging and highly motivated individual. The candidate must have experience in retail management and a strong customer service background. We are seeking someone who believes in a lead by example approach to coach and guide all team members. The successful candidate will be an individual who is not afraid to use cutting-edge methods for effective communication to maintain a strong team environment for MacQuarries Pharmasave.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop front store team members.
Employee Engagement
Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment.
Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and promotional execution.
Manage scheduling, staffing,



and daily operational needs.
Support a positive store culture that reflects our values of Attitude, Behaviour, and Contribution (ABC’s).

Qualifications
3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in pharmacy, grocery, or high-volume retail.
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and store operations.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
