Join our agile team as a General Labourer and become a vital part of our Residential Contracting & Property maintenance projects! Duties
Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a safe and tidy work workplace
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as directed by supervisors
Empty vacant apartments of garbage and bring dump trailer to the dump (truck provided for this task)
Move appliances and furniture
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash disposal, and organizing supplies on-site
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Perform lawn maintenance and snow removal from walkways or decks

Skills




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods with energy and enthusiasm
Must have a valid driver's license
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Positive communication skills to understand instructions clearly and work safely with others
Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
Reliable punctuality and a strong work ethic to contribute consistently to team efforts
Prior experience in resiedential renovations, property maintennace or manual labour is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
