Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the General Labourer will be responsible for various tasks that support the overall operation of the production on shift.

Wage Rates:

Day Shift: $22.67/hour

Afternoon & Night Shift: $23.17/hour (includes $0.50/hour shift premium)

Work location: 303 Milo Rd, Wheatley, ON
Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
Removing products that do not meet quality specifications
Following all food safety procedures and reporting any concerns
Performing a variety of production-related tasks throughout the facility
Working safely and following company health and safety policies
Assisting with general housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
Supporting overall production operations to help the team succeed




Manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset
Ability and willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a structured workplace
Willingness to work in various departments and take on different responsibilities
Ability to work in both hot and cold environments
Understanding of food safety practices or willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to and from work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn recent skills
