This role involves full cycle accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly reconciliations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and collaborating with data entry clerks to maintain financial integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct full cycle accounting, managing AP and AR functions
Provide support and guidance to Data Entry Clerks




Prepare and compile monthly accounting reports
Book all prepaid expenses and deferred revenue entries
Review general ledger accounts for discrepancies Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Accounting; recent grads welcome
Proficiency in Sage 50 and QuickBooks Online preferred
Solid experience with Microsoft Suite applications
