Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food items
Assist with food preparation tasks, such as baking pastries, etc.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow

Skills:
Solid knowledge of food service and the ability to handle food safely
Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately




Familiarity with retail math for calculating prices, discounts, and change
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes as needed
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Solid organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
