Pay Rate: $20.00-$27.00

Key Responsibilities:
Lead crew members, providing guidance, instruction, and support
Install retaining walls, pavers, stone patios, etc.
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure proper project execution
Conduct daily inspection reports through SiteDocs
Train and mentor crew members
Provide daily project updates and progress reports
Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day

Qualifications:
Must have class 5 license and clean drivers abstract
Minimum 2 years hardscaping experience installing retaining walls, pavers, stone patios, etc, safely and accurately cut stone according to plans
Supervise and lead crew members
Prep job sites, including grading, excavation, and compaction
Operate and maintain hardscape equipment; tampers, cut-off saws, skid steers, ect.
Good organization and time management skills
Construction knowledge
