Full time Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate with experience in customer service, retail, and/or a lifestyle or design-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and passionate about creating a positive customer experience. In this role, you will engage with retail customers, provide knowledgeable product guidance, and contribute to achieving sales goals through exceptional service and product expertise.

Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers with enthusiasm, creating a warm and positive in-store experience.




Answer customer questions regarding merchandise, pricing, services, and product availability.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wills & Prior merchandise, including product features, materials, and pricing.
Anticipate customer needs and provide thoughtful product recommendations based on individual preferences.
Support sales initiatives and actively work toward achieving store sales goals.
Support with maintaining, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor.
Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Receive and organize incoming merchandise, ensuring products are properly processed
Support the online orders team as needed, including order fulfillment and related tasks.
Communicate effectively and professionally with store management regarding customer needs, inventory, sales, and day-to-day operations.
Work collaboratively with the team, maintaining a positive, dependable, and solutions-oriented attitude.
Perform additional duties as required to support the smooth and successful operation of the store.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour
