Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and transactions
Handle cash and credit card payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Assist with food safety procedures, including proper food handling and storage practices




Manage time effectively to ensure orders are prepared promptly during busy periods

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we provide training!
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
Understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in a restaurant workplace
Capable of multitasking efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Basic kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is advantageous
Reliable team player with good time management skills and a flexible schedule
