We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Montreal office as part of the International Distribution team (based in London).

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Global Distribution, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the London Sales Team in pre-sales activities.

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Sales Support for Sales Team:

- Prepare and update availability lists to clients
- Prepare for and plan busy TV markets such as MIPCOM
- Track status of client conversations/feedback and set reminders for action, using Asana
- Updating internal rights trackers
- Filling in Deal Memos
- Filling in basic metadata based on available information
- Support the Marketing department mainly assisting with deliveries to VOD partners (specs conversions,



posters re-sizing, and other)
- Creating expense reports for the Execs
- Occasionally screening films for internal feedback
- Creating the monthly newsletter
- Supporting the digital upload process for VOD platforms including Amazon by filling out the basic title information and tracking submission status
- Tracking channel ratings for key clients (TF1, C5)
- Being the main point of contact between the London sales team and the licensing/delivery/marketing team in Montreal

Who You Are:

- First-class organization skills – able to prioritize tasks and meetings accordingly
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, pivot knowledge is a plus
- Excellent command of the English language both written and orally
- Strong communication and presentation skills - an ability to deal with people at all levels and a can-do attitude
- Proactive, forward-thinking mind-set
- TV/Media rights knowledge preferable
- Knowledge of different languages a plus
- Experience with graphic design tools a plus

The candidate will be trained to use internal software: Asana and Filmtrack, basic AI training will be provided.
