We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to showcase our products, provide expert advice, and drive sales growth. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help foster positive relationships with clients while promoting our diverse range of vaping solutions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a vibrant retail setting.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various vaping products
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends
- Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and card payments




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Organize merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting

Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer groups
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is advantageous; knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and cashiering is beneficial
