About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, promoting our services, and helping the company achieve its sales and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Make sales calls, conduct client meetings, and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service information to prospective clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer information.
- Meet established sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Work closely with management and operations staff to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Attend networking events, community events, trade shows, and other business-development activities as required.




- Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence communicating with businesses, organizations, and individual customers.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and priorities.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of the Yellowknife and Northwest Territories business community is an asset.

Compensation

Base salary/commission: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
