Responsibilities

- Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest.
- Manage merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-presented and organized to attract attention.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) operations, and cashiering duties.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Maintain strong communication with team members to ensure smooth store operations and effective time management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Prior experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus.
- Strong technical sales experience, especially related to electronics or gadgets, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for engaging customers confidently.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing simple calculations.
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering best practices.
- Customer service experience that highlights patience, professionalism, and problem-solving capabilities.
