Salesforce Production Support Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid: 2–4 Days WFO | Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking a Salesforce Production Support Analyst with solid Salesforce development, administration, and production support experience, along with hands-on nCino expertise.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration & Development experience.
- 2+ years of nCino Loan Management experience with knowledge of lending operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce REST APIs, integrations, and data connectors.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, security, reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents, integrations,



and Salesforce customizations.
- Knowledge of SSL, SAML, and JWT certificates for system integrations.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end production support, incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Support deployments, releases, hotfixes, and post-release validation.
- Administer Salesforce users, permissions, configurations, and environments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable Salesforce solutions.
