We’re looking for a high-performance SAMPLES COORDINATOR who thrives on staying organized, working efficiently, and consistently completing high-volume work with exceptional accuracy.

What You’ll Own

- Review and process incoming sample requests through our online system
- Build, prepare, and package Axiom Sample Boxes accurately and efficiently
- Ensure every Sample Box contains the correct products, literature, and materials
- Create courier shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and print shipping labels
- Ensure sample requests are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of receipt
- Maintain enough completed Sample Boxes to consistently keep pace with daily and upcoming demand
- Monitor inventory of samples, boxes, literature, and packing materials and request replenishment before shortages occur
- Track sample shipments and proactively address delivery issues or returned shipments
- Identify and resolve incomplete sample requests, incorrect information, courier issues, and other exceptions
- Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and well-organized sample preparation and storage area
- Provide daily visibility into completed, outstanding, and unresolvable sample requests

What Success Looks Like

- Consistently preparing and shipping approximately 50–75 Sample Boxes per day
- Sample requests shipped accurately and within 24 hours
- Enough Sample Boxes built and ready to consistently meet demand
- High accuracy across products, recipient information, packaging, and shipping labels
- Minimal returned shipments caused by preventable errors
- Sample and packing-material inventory maintained without unexpected shortages
- A clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Outstanding or unresolvable requests identified and communicated promptly

Role Details

- Based in Calgary, AB (onsite role)
- Half days, Monday to Friday (Additional hours may be available as sample volume and business needs increase)
- Combination of computer-based processing and hands-on preparation, packing, and shipping of Sample Boxes
- Office and warehouse-based working environment
