We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Scale Clerk for our Brinston location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for office reception and answers and directs calls in friendly and timely manner.
- Conducts inbound and outbound computerized truck releases
- Grain Grading
- Maintaining paperwork for IP program
- Assist with HACCP/CPRIS programme and maintain files
- Making tags
- Shipping of samples to appropriate labs with appropriate paperwork
- Availability to work overtime, including weekends
- Direct traffic to loading bins and pits

Key Qualifications Would Include

- Experience in Customer Service
- Grain Grading knowledge would be an asset




- Ability to think quickly and make logical decisions
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to meet changing priorities in a fast-paced setting , multi-task and meet deadlines
