This role focuses on cultivating recent and existing corporate partners, securing multi-year gifts, and managing a dynamic portfolio that includes philanthropic donations, sponsorships, matching gifts, cause marketing, corporate engagement, and community partnerships.Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Partnerships, the successful candidate will design, execute, and manage a corporate gifts pipeline, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and ensure strong partner engagement that drives meaningful revenue and long-term impactLocation: Our national office is located at 1000–170 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. We offer a flexible work arrangement,



allowing employees to work remotely while occasionally coming into the office as required by their manager or the organization. This role will involve occasional travel for corporate partner meetings or community events.Compensation: The hiring salary range for this role is $75,600 – $80,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
