We are recruiting for a Security Officer to work with local businesses and community at the Newton BIA area in SurreyShift times: Saturdays and Sundays, Payrate: $24/hrSome of your responsibilities will include:Assisting the RCMP as a visible community presence to promote safety and securityWorking with local businesses and community members to ensure save environmentObserve and report any unusual activity Taking detailed notes to investigate incidents promptly and accurately Establishing positive relationships with transit police, business owners, and community members Engaging with the public and responding to their concerns and inquiries Your Must-Haves: You hold a valid BC security licenseBasic First Aid CertificateAdvanced Security Training CertificateYou have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a security position, ideally in a similar environmentYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills You have proven experience dealing with various members of the publicYou have proven time-management and organizational skillsBe physically able to conduct extensive foot patrols,
