As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee distribution activities while reporting to the Regional Warehouse Manager. Your responsibilities include fostering effective relationships, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through service improvement initiatives. You will also supervise a dedicated team while maintaining a protected and efficient warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage outbound freight processing and order fulfillment • Supervise team performance and provide development opportunities • Maintain effective relationships with corporate departments • Ensure compliance with safety protocols in the workplace • Analyze reports for operational efficiencies
Requirements: • 5+ years in a distribution setting • 2+ years of management experience in warehousing • Knowledge of hazardous goods transportation preferred • Solid leadership and communication skills • Valid driver’s license required
