Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
Manage guest check-outs efficiently while addressing any billing or service questions
Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy
Handle multi-line phone systems with confidence, directing calls and providing information as needed
Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions
Maintain security protocols by monitoring access to the property during overnight hours
Keep the front desk area organized, tidy,



and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Document incidents or irregularities during shift in detailed reports for management review

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to assist a diverse range of guests effectively
Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong customer service skills
Prior experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality environments preferred
Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices
Robust communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
