We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Assistant to join our team and help create a welcoming and efficient learning environment for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
Greet students and parents warmly and provide excellent customer service
Manage student sign-in/sign-out procedures
Respond to inquiries, and relay messages accurately
Schedule and confirm parent meetings (in-person or via Zoom)
Assist with student material organization, labeling, and filing
Track homework and classwork submissions, ensuring accuracy
Support instructors with class flow and student movement
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and waiting area
Handle administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, and record keeping
Support centre events such as, award ceremonies, and promotions

Qualifications




Ossd - highschool diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Skilled and positive attitude with a customer service mindset
Prior experience in an educational or customer service setting (an asset)

Schedule
Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 3:30–7:00 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Education:
Secondary School (required)

Experience:
Working with children: 1 year (preferred)
