As a key member of Ocean View's healthcare staff, you will report to the Director of Quality and Skilled Practice.

Your role includes overseeing physiotherapy services, conducting assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans. Take charge of educating staff and residents while co-chairing safety committees to enhance care effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver physiotherapy services to seniors in long-term care
Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Lead and supervise the physiotherapy team’s effectiveness
Educate staff and residents on falls management and safe handling
Co-chair Falls Prevention and Protected Resident Handling committees Requirements:
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
Valid Physiotherapy License in Nova Scotia
Experience in geriatrics or long-term care
Strong leadership and organizational skills
