Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Hairstyling Instructors to inspire and educate aspiring hairstylists. In this role, you will deliver engaging classroom instruction, demonstrate hairstyling techniques, and foster a creative learning environment. Your expertise will help students develop their skills, confidence, and professional readiness in the vibrant field of hairstyling.

Responsibilities
As an Instructor, you’ll be guiding students through every step of their hairstyling journey:

Teaching both theory and hands-on practical skills· Instruct using a well‑researched and structured curriculum
Coaching students on salon simulation, client care, sales, self‑marketing, and how to build a loyal clientele
Being the mentor you had or wish you had!

Experience
Certified in Hairstyling through a recognized training facility
At least 3 years of hands‑on industry experience
Journeyperson required
A natural problem‑solver and team player
Self‑motivated, creative, and excited to mentor current talent
Willing to complete all MC College and provincial training requirements
Robust communication skills—because you're a star with people!

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
